Shipping Information
We know how important fast delivery is in the trailer industry. That’s why we fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Same-Day Shipping Cutoff
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST are shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST ship the next business day.
Weekend Shipping
We sometimes ship on Saturdays, depending on carrier availability and warehouse volume.
However, Saturday shipping is not guaranteed.
Typical delivery time is 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
We work with multiple carriers to provide reliable nationwide delivery.
Shipping Exceptions
•Freight shipments over 200 lbs may require additional preparation time.
•We do not ship on national holidays.
Heavy items are carefully wrapped, but small components like grease caps can occasionally be damaged during transit.
If something arrives damaged or missing, email us at support@roadforcetrailerparts.com and we’ll take care of it.
Tracking information is provided for every order.
If your shipment includes multiple packages, feel free to contact us for assistance with additional tracking numbers.
Freight Shipping
Freight orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing and 3–7 business days for delivery.
Shipments are securely packed on pallets; smaller boxes may be placed between wheels or tires for safe transport.
If you notice any missing or damaged items upon delivery, contact us immediately at support@roadforcetrailerparts.com and we’ll assist you.
Please ensure the freight carrier has accurate delivery contact details.
If the freight company cannot reach you and the order is returned, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item:
•You cover the price difference
•Return shipping
•And 50% of the shipping cost for the replacement item
The replacement will be shipped once we receive and inspect the original item.
