We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you no longer need an item, we accept returns within 30 days.

If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee may apply.

 

If we shipped the wrong item, we will cover all return and exchange costs.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours after the returned product is received and inspected.

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@roadforcetrailerparts.com  with clear photos of the damage.

We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

 

Warranty Information

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Please note that warranties do not cover service-related expenses such as towing, labor, or any incidental or indirect damages.
